Registration fees

All delegates must register for the congress. Registration fees are as follows:

  • IMPORTANT NEWS: REDUCED REGISTRATION FEES FOR LOW AND LOW-MIDDLE INCOME COUNTRIES MEMBERS OF IFCC

Delegates coming from one of the countries classified as Low and Low-Middle Income Countries according to the WBO classification whose national societies are members of the IFCC can benefit of 50% reduction on the above-mentioned registration fees (daily registrations excluded).

IMPORTANT: The above-mentioned reduction is valid for individual registrations only. It does not apply to registrations sponsored by companies.

The full registration, young registration and emeritus fees include:

  • entrance to plenary lectures, symposia, educational workshops, poster sessions and exhibition
  • possibility to submit abstracts
  • certificate of attendance
  • coffee and tea service during intermissions
  • travel card
  • Opening Ceremony (Sunday, 25 October 2026)
  • Closing Ceremony (Thursday, 29 October 2026)

 

The day registration fee includes, for the day of registration only:

  • entrance to plenary lectures, symposia, educational workshops, poster sessions and exhibition
  • certificate of attendance
  • coffee and tea service during intermissions

And in addition:

  • Opening Ceremony (Sunday, 25 October 2026)
  • Closing Ceremony (Thursday, 29 October 2026)
The registration system will be available starting from February 2026.

GROUP/COMPANY REGISTRATIONS

The online system allows industry to register as a company and therefore manage bookings, payments and single or group registrations individually with the possibility of inserting lists and single names over time.

Through the online system will be possible:

  • Manage of online registration by sponsor companies
  • Purchase “registration packages” and then proceed to insert/change names over time
  • Individual management of invoices, with the administrative prospectus

It is possible to pay via bank transfer only.

The settlement should be done within 5 days from the issue of the invoice.

REMITTANCE

Registration fees shall be paid by credit card or bank transfer (within 5 days) through the on-line system available on the congress web site.

When paying by bank transfer, a copy of the transfer receipt must be sent to [email protected]. Registrations without proof of payment will not be accepted.

On-site registrations can be paid by credit card only. Cash and cheques will not be accepted.

 

CURRENCY

Registration fees and charges for all events related to the IFCC WorldLab New Delhi 2026 Congress must be paid in Euros.

 

INVOICING and NAME CHANGING

When filling out the online registration form the Secretariat strongly recommend to pay particular attention to the Invoicing page.

Before registering, carefully check who the invoice shall be headed to and make sure you have all relevant information:

  • header
  • address
  • VAT code
  • fiscal code (for Italians only)
  • PO number (if required)

Make sure the invoice details/name spelling you are going to indicate are the correct ones. In case of requests for data corrections and/or invoice re-issuing due to wrong data submission, the Organising Secretariat will apply a fee of € 50,00 for each new document re-issued, which shall be paid in advanced.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected]

The amount equal to 80% of the fee paid will be refunded for cancellations received by 15 July 2026.

Until 30 August 2026 a refund of 50% of the fee will be granted.

After 30 August 2026 no refunds will be issued.

All refunds will be paid in Euros after the congress.

 

CANCELLATION OF THE CONGRESS

The congress secretariat reserves the right to cancel the congress, shift venue, or change dates without notice in case of “force majeure”.

Neither MZ Events nor the Congress Organizing Committee shall be liable for any damage claims.

 

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

Registration fees do not include the insurance of participants against personal accidents, sickness and cancellations by any party, theft, loss or damage to personal possessions. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation and personal effects.
